We have the Mini Gym reserved for children 5 years old and older. We also have the playground for those pre-school age (3-5 yrs only). Children younger than 3 and those still in diapers will need to stay with their parents.
For those mature 10 year olds and older, we have made arrangements with "Rush Funplex" to get all day passes for $20. For those wanting to go, we will have coupon cards available for you to take to Rush Funplex that will give you the discount when you buy the all-day pass. Their hours are from 10am - Midnight.

**This is for the Holiday Inn Express in Layton; it secures these rooms for Friday and Saturday night for $109.99/night plus 12.82% tax. Once booked you are obligated to either pay for one of the two nights if you cancel OR you can transfer your room to someone else with no penalty. The rates of the cheapest hotel (La Quinta Inn) will raise to $159.99+tax for these nights, so it will save money for those committed to coming. And this offer drops off one month prior to the conference (August 20 2022), so please book early. For those coming into town and wanting to meet and visit with others from outside of the northern wasatch front area, this will be a good hotel to book with. They will give us the conference room to gather and visit for those in our group if we book enough rooms. They have set aside 40 rooms (25 2-queen beds and 15 king bed rooms) for our group. If we book all of these and need more we can try to find and negotiate a nearby hotel or possibly get more rooms at this hotel. Hotel offers hot breakfast, pool, San Francisco style shuttle for free and is walking distance to several restaurants nearby. I will check in with this hotel every 2 weeks to give info to update the website showing how many rooms are booked and how many are still available. Hotel rep has guaranteed me that no online travel website will offer these rooms at a better rate. So this will be best price to get for this weekend.
