How we can prepare for childbirth in Zion

It’s going to happen. Women are going to have babies in Zion. We are accustomed to the conventional methods, being assisted by doctors or midwives in prenatal care and the child birthing process. We should prepare for not having medicine, or western conventions and learn important aspects of preparing for natural childbirth. These include knowing a bit about the anatomy and the physiology of the female reproductive structures and how to optimize their function during childbirth.
